Adam Barsky

Mr. Barsky represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of complex litigation and arbitration, and has extensive experience litigating claims involving real estate, breach of contract, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and torts. Mr. Barsky represents and advises small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in all corporate matters, from incorporation to daily transactional matters. He continues to be recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in the category of real estate litigation. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the Commonwealth are selected as Super Lawyers, and no more than 2.5 percent are named as Rising Stars.

Mr. Barsky received his B.A. from The George Washington University, and law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2009. After graduation, Mr. Barsky clerked for the Honorable Samuel D. Natal, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County Vicinage. Following his clerkship, Mr. Barsky defended physicians, healthcare professionals, and healthcare systems in medical malpractice litigation. He briefly left private practice to act as General Counsel for a healthcare technology startup company through venture capital financing.

Mr. Barsky enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler. He is a classically musician, and played both drums and guitar in bands throughout the tri-state area. In his spare time, Mr. Barsky can be found fly fishing in the Catskills, or searching for rare heavy metal records to add to his ever growing collection of music.
